Having worked in the automotive and aerospace sectors, Nick is highly skilled in lean manufacturing, inventory management, and process improvement. He leads a large team with dedication and care, ensuring smooth operations while prioritizing the health and safety of everyone on site. Andrew joined us in 2015 as a Mechanical Engineer Apprentice, gaining valuable experience across our manufacturing processes before advancing to Production and Quality Engineer. His commitment and talent were recognized when he was named Apprentice of the Year by his further education college. Andrew holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering, IOSH Managing Safely, Level 3 Improvement Technician, and is a qualified internal auditor.
